Qualifications.  You Must:

• Be organized, self-motivated, hard-working, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have at least one year of experience in sales and marketing. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
• Be able to have empathy towards those going through loss (water, fire, storm damage to their property).
• Have the hunter-farmer mindset with the ability to find, plant, and grow business relationships.
• Be outgoing to make contacts at networking events, conventions, and other local industry-related events.
• Be able to get on roofs, detect damage and provide remedies to repair or replace the roof.
• Have computer aptitude to use cloud storage, CRM, email, and Microsoft/Google apps.

Responsibilities.  You Will:

• Call on customers to sell property damage restoration services: Business-to-business and residential door-to-door canvassing is required.
• Develop relationships with commercial property owners/managers, rental property managers, insurance agents and adjusters, property managers, residential homeowners, realtors, etc. 
• Attend marketing events as required, distribute marketing material as needed.
• Increase sales revenue by consistently generating new leads and gleaning referrals from existing clients.
• Work with owners, managers, contractors and insurers to get jobs paid and closed timely.
